The technical support for SolSuite is prompt and accurate. I had a question about the authentication procedure and it was answered within a day by email. And the answer worked. That is as good as it gets I am now delighted owner of SolSuite. It's amazing how much value you have packed into this program for such a reasonable cost. Congratulations and thanks to the SolSuite staff. This has been the most efficient and timely technical support I've ever experienced from any company by e-mail. I certainly did not expect a reply so quickly on a Sunday! I expected to wait a minimum 3 business days but to my pleasant surprise, I received an answer to my first question from late Saturday night at 5:06 a.m. on Sunday. My second question was answered about 10 minutes later! Talk about excellent service. Both answers were very concise and easy to understand and I was able to remedy the problem immediately, even with my limited computer knowledge. Had I known, I would have contacted you much sooner rather than spend so much time trying to solve the problem by myself!

Features I like most in SolSuite Solitaire are: excellent, clear, uncluttered cards and backgrounds. Lovely animations, not overdone or obtrusive. Good controls for options. Beautiful to see and watch. Vibrant colours and artistic designs. Size options. Many excellent choices of games and images. Far better than others. When I switched to a Macbook Pro, I installed Parallels, for using SolSuite (Windows). When my Mac applications don't require constant input, I play SolSuite on the same screen!
