2. I'm installing the "SolSuite Graphics Pack" application and receive the message that there is no registered version available.

You will see that message if you try to install SolSuite Graphics Pack in a folder which doesn't contain a registered copy of SolSuite.

Please verify the following:

1. The installation folder should be the same as SolSuite. The default SolSuite folder is: C:\Program Files\SolSuite

If you have installed SolSuite in this folder, be sure to install SolSuite Graphics Pack in this folder, as well.

If you did not install SolSuite in the default folder (for example: you have installed SolSuite in the "C:\Games\SolSuite" folder), you should click on the "Browse..." button and select the folder.

Important "\SolSuite" is added to your folder name, so you should choose "C:\Games" and not "C:\Games\SolSuite" when you select the folder name.

2. Verify that there is a registered copy of SolSuite in the installation folder. See SolSuite's "Help" menu, "About" dialog box.

3. Verify that the installed version of SolSuite is the latest one. See SolSuite's "Help" menu, "About" dialog box.
